FX-Format CMOS Sensor
Shoot past the unnecessary with the effective 24.3 megapixels that improves noise reduction performance and leads to an advanced image processing performance, with ISO settings expandable from Lo 1 (ISO 50 equivalent) to Hi 2 (ISO 25600 equivalent), with the ability of continuous shooting at 5.5 frames per second regardless of image format. Shutter and Flash
With shutter speeds of 1/4000 to 30s and flash synchronisation up to 1/200s, you won't be disappointed with the D600's highly durable shutter, with a mechanism that holds the rear curtain during live view shooting to save energy. The built-in flash itself is compatible with i-TTL flash control with 24mm lens coverage and repeating flash, and also with the Nikon Creative Lighting system, featuring Advanced Wireless Lighting, FV lock and AF assist illumination for multi-point AF.
Full HD Video with Headphone Input
Shoot Full HD 1920 x 1080p Videos at frame rates of up to 30p or HD 1280 x 720p at 60p with maximum recording times of approximately 29min 59sec with the D600. You can also plug in Stereo headphones into the side of the camera for monitoring sound during live view mode and movie recording with volume control..
